  1. Definitions
    • "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to Pest Squad, a pest control company based in Bangalore since 2009.
    • "Customer" or "You" refers to the individual or entity using our pest control services.
    • "Services" refers to the pest control treatments and solutions offered by Pest Squad.
  2. Scope of Services

    Pest Squad provides professional pest control services, including but not limited to:

    • Cockroach Control
    • Bed Bug Control
    • Termite Treatment
    • Anti-Termite Solutions
    • Rodent Control
    • Mosquito & Ant Control

    The scope, pricing, and duration of services will be outlined in a service agreement signed by both parties.

  3. Appointments and Service Delivery
    • Scheduling: Service appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or our website. Pest Squad will confirm your booking and provide details about the date, time, and service team.
    • Service Access: You are responsible for providing access to your premises for our technicians at the scheduled time. If access is not available, we reserve the right to charge a rescheduling fee.
    • Timeliness: While we strive to perform all services on schedule, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will notify you promptly in such cases.
  4. Payments and Fees
    • Pricing: Prices for pest control services are provided upfront in the service agreement. All payments must be made in accordance with the terms outlined.
    • Payment Methods: We accept payments via cash and online transfers.
    • Late Payments: Failure to make payments within the agreed timeframe may result in additional charges or service suspension.
  5. Customer Responsibilities
    • Preparation: You must ensure that your premises are prepared for treatment as advised by our team. This may include moving furniture, covering food, or clearing access points.
    • Health & Safety: Customers must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or other health concerns that could be affected by pest control chemicals or equipment.
    • Post-Treatment Care: Follow all post-treatment guidelines provided by our team to ensure the effectiveness of the pest control measures.
  6. Warranty and Guarantee

    Pest Squad offers warranties on certain pest control treatments as outlined in the service agreement. Warranty periods may vary depending on the type of pest and treatment applied. Our warranties do not cover:

    • Damage caused by third-party interference or unapproved modifications to treated areas.
    • Re-infestations due to new pest introductions or environmental factors beyond our control.
  7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
    • Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
    • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment at no additional charge if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
  8. Limitation of Liability

    Pest Squad will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, property damage, personal injury, or loss of business profits. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

  9. Force Majeure

    Pest Squad will not be held responsible for delays or failures in service delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, or government regulations.

  10. Intellectual Property

    All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Pest Squad. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

  11. Termination of Service

    Pest Squad reserves the right to terminate or suspend service at our discretion if you fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions or if we believe it is in the best interest of safety or service quality.

  12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services will be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka.

  13. Changes to Terms & Conditions

    Pest Squad reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
